Here is a recoded HoloCMS for Phoenix 3.6.0.
The has Groups, Homes and much more, which HoloCMS has standard.
The database is in the folder there and I wish you much fun with it.

I would do one thing make langs files so it could be English also.

Would I use r63 Phoenix swfs? and phoenix emu?

to fix this insert that on your DB!
ALTER TABLE `rooms` ADD `wallthick` int(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0';
ALTER TABLE `rooms` ADD `floorthick` int(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0';
