Show support for Cystic Fibrosis~
As you may know, a friend of mine died early this year to suicide. Last Monday I lost my friend Jacob to a disease called Cystic Fibrosis.
He was in a coma for a month, waiting for lungs. 3 days after he got it, he experienced a blood clot in the brain. This Sunday, my friends, those who knew him, and myself are doing a long walk to help the cause.
If you guys would like to show support could you please donate here: https://secure1.everydayhero.com.au/...url=team_jacob and nominate myself from the team (Daniel J******. I'm donating $100 myself, and hope you could help us reach our target goal.
If you can't donate but still wish to show support, it would make me happy if you could read about what exactly this cruel disease is: Cystic fibrosis - PubMed Health
Thanks for reading everyone, stay safe,
Daniel

I think what you and your friends are doing is fantastic. Unfortunately I am unable to donate, but I offer you my best wishes and regards.

Re: Show support for Cystic Fibrosis~
Next paycheck I'll give what I can, sorry for your losses. Those waits for organs are horrible, lost my aunt a few months back because she needed a kidney that never came.

God, i'm really sorry for that, that organ waiting thing is just so painful, my uncle told me that it's a pain, knowing that you may never get them ..
I'm really really sorry..But why was he in coma?
Was it caused by the Disease?

He could no longer use his original lungs. He was on life support.

Got a paypal alternative? I don't use my CC online unless its through paypal.
Re: Show support for Cystic Fibrosis~
Sorry for your loss. My school is really heavy on this kind of thing, we do marathons, bake sales, all kinds of stuff. A kid in my class last year has cystic fibrosis and he just got out of some pretty major lung surgery (they actually removed a good 20% of his lung)
Unfortunately I can't give anything at the moment, but the minute I get this next paycheck you can bet I'll be all over this. Good luck.
