[Release] Oldschool Skills Lv69 (Only China)

I changed the max skills to Lv70 because i love the old 70 Cap.

I worked on this for almost 3 Hours (finding out how etc)
- Disabled all skills up to 69
- Disabled Ice Shield and some others skills that was not active at 70 Cap times.

WARNING: Some skills are still not at "MAX" I don't know why, cause I disabled everything.

Download
Just replace the files in Media.pk2 by an editor.

vsro client.exe only read those encrypted not those normal txt files i guess..

o rly ? then how in default vsro media pk they not encrypted and still working

cant we just use another client.exe like isro or ksro lol

yes, they are not "encrypted" they are crypted haha :D
U need to "encrypt" them by the tool. :P

In vsro media there are 2 arts of skilldata.

One enc and one normal. But vsro only reads the enc.^^

i did expirement with using isro client.exe it was able to go to load upto login screen but as soon as i login i got C8

Don't even try that. The struct is other then vsro.

I will release a skilldata pack with 120 Skills :P

Please, tell me what value/values have I to change to disable skill? I wanna do it by myself, just learning pk2 too by doing it :P

just change the Service from "1" to "0" it is the first number you see on every line on all of your skilldata_xxxxx.txt

ex.
1 7211 234 SKILL_CH_XXXXX_XXXX_A_01 ??:????? SKILL_CH_XXXXA_XXXX_A
