Rose Server

I'm kinda interested in starting development here , what server files can I start out with?

It depends on what Server do you want to create

there are 3 types

iROSE
pROSE
and
Evo ROSE

Which one is better?

irose prose and osrose use mysql arcturus use mssql

Although I prefer MSSQL over MySQL , which of those roses are the best one?

You got osrose, osprose and osirose of the osrose development team.
This is all open source.
Than you got arcturus and SHO of Rose Online Development team and freelance editors.
The source isn't available for public.

osrose only works with the Rose Online Evolution client up to a certain version.
osprose is pre-evolution so based on client that was made before Evolution update of Gravity.
osirose works with custom made clients. (is outdated so needs loads of editing to make it work normally)

arcturus and SHO are server files made by official rose online development team.
the difference between SHO and arcturus is that arcturus is updated and edited by private server developers. these also work custom made clients like osirose.

The biggest servers are all based on arcturus and SHO.

Personally I would recommend arcturus if you want MSSQL.

somebody else should supply you this as I have no clue on arcturus xD
I mostly work client and open source server sided.

I can tell you, i preffer for Arcturus to. Lot easier and very stable.

I found this RaGEZONE - S.H.O. Server Files - MMORPG Server Files.

all depends on what max level you want for your server for me lvl 215 and stat 300 is good but try to see first what client do u wanna use to build ur sever and tell us

with arc files you also have the ability to have a development team such as myself and my team to update the arc system with updates but this requires a fee.

Problem is I don't know a good starting client.

I've been reading around and I need help. I'm a noob at this so please, guide me and help me in every way you can, i'll appreciate that.

Me and some friends are starting a private rose server and I have everything else that I need but i can't find a server. I need the server files to configure the connection in navicat. I need the links to where to find these things.

Can you guys please post links to where I can find a free full server and all it's files?
