Can someone help me fix this problem?:/:

Edit: I reinstalled everything and I replaced everything with my ip, everything works fine. But if I replace everything with no-ip I get the same error.

Did u enabled the Module at php.ini ??

I haven't touch php.ini.

Actually I have similar problem with server too, if I replace everything with no-ip.org server don't work.

Everything's the same.

like I said, you must enable MSSQL module at php.ini
