Is it possible? Like what will they do more than raise Laws that copyright is not allowed? Will they delete programming languages?

I just don't get it how they will stop it in the USA but i voted anyway. Doing this is a major mistake will lead all hackers vs companies information and websites.

It effects the world due to domain censorship and filtering. Basically every site I visit will get shut down.
