What's outspark_vc71.dll and why do u need it? Please answer without sarcasm u.u
the latest server files need it to run tthe character.exe. without it you get a error. The dll are the reason nobody has released a working set of files yet.
theres also a xtrap dll for the world

well the security system isn't mine and i don't even know how it works. I work mostly with adding things and making some new maps and such. I learn as much as i can and try to teach some other people along the way. Thank u for the info, i will look into it and see if i can understand it. I personnaly have never seen a dime from any server, I really do this for fun in my spare time.

I didn't ruin this community, I fucking started it. If it wasn't for me and csharp back in December 2009 actually getting the files working, then running the first server Athens, and actually fixing up the files which you all use today then releasing them, you wouldn't have anything.
The SHN editor? I helped make that, I am the guy responsible for all the features on it because I requested them to make our work easier. iQuest? I was the one who got him to do it and got him the info he needed to make it. I can't take all the credit because I didn't do nearly as much as Csharp did, but I did a hell of a lot more than anybody else did.
Also, how fucking DARE you try and start on Moment, he's done nothing to anybody but be a good friend, if it wasn't for him I would have A LOT of problems right now, I love the guy, so FUCK OFF, he's done nothing wrong so leave him out of this.
Now it comes to the time where I have files people don't/shouldn't have, and I'm being fucking slandered for it. Dusk isn't even #1, so whats your fucking problem? Sure it could be, but bitch, im ill atm, I don't have the time. Come back in a few weeks and you'll see us #1.

Which means that Kreain, Bakey and Moi, don't have anything that could help to resolve this issue. Only Seph has access to these files, and wether or not she want to entrust us with them, doesn't really matter to us. Because we understand what impact the episode with Berzerker had on her. Also, I just thought I'd let you know. All of our donations until christmas goes to charity, for needing children, we're greedy right?

You fail to grasp the very basics of a Private server community. The files that were "leaked", we lived on that and we grew with it. The ideology so far has only been to crack and retrieve, share the spoils and develop on it. It's probably what everyone has been doing directly or indirectly by using the files that originally were nothing but leaked contents. I supposed a thief was a person that steals for themselves whereas I happen to share anything I may find important, so I'm a bit confounded as to what intent you had by calling me a thief. In any case, I'll save my own time by not trying to explain my own beliefs as they may very well be just my own. You may respond to that, I'd love to understand how you feel.
As for yourself, I do not wish to know anything more about you. And as for what you explained about the internal ”situation” of Dusk Online, I wouldn't really want to sympathize on you guys for not having server/file access. Perhaps “Seph” is a bigger bitch than what you guys already are. No offense intended.
Anyway, saying and doing are two very different things. I could tell you that I'll donate half of my life savings to a random AIDS foundation, but do you think it is safe to already assume that the I am a good person and I would do so? You probably get my point here. Very manipulative of you indeed.
However, since you mentioned about completely donating to the charity via your server in reply to my post, I'm sure all of the fiesta private server community would want to SEE that happen as much as I would. And if it does, personally I would be very pleased.

Its non of ur business what a server does with their income/donations. Its actualy no one's business, not even the players. Only thing they have to do is keep their server up, other than that no one has any right to ask/critizise for what they do with the rest of THEIR money. Players who donate/buy points do it because they want points/fame/what ever the server gives for donations. Not because they are donating from the bottom of their hearts and not getting anything from it. Aslong as they get what it says they will when they donate, it doesnt matter where the money goes.

I personaly thinks that "to charity, for needing children" is a bunch of bull but i have no right to ask for proof or critizise you and ur server for saying so. Well atleast I'm amused by the sheer fact that you to feel the need to keep bouncing back. Despite being met with negativity for your claims, which turned out to be false, in our case. Reaction to something that was true? I don't think so, mate.
What I fail to grasp is the fact that you're so bitter about a server that isn't even ranked top 5 in the ranking lists. A large amount of money has been spent for the server to even go up, now by leaking these files, it's damaging us. Ofcourse, one mans loss can be a thousands gain, but if that's the motto you live after, I can only imagine what kind of person you are. I remember the incident a while back, when a plane crashed into the mountains(I don't remember where). It lead to people killing other human beings, for themselves to be able to stay alive. Rough comparision, but same principle.
As for the "Internal situation at Dusk Online" and regarding me and my fellow staff. You brought it up, I answered. Let alone, you feel the need of insulting our staff for no apparent reason. We haven't done anyone anything wrong. You may call us greedy, but atleast we, or atleast I am not being complete a complete asshole to everyone I disagree with. Yeah, we will share when we have something to share. We're all a part of this community aren't we?

Any way to get back to the topic of the outspark_vc71.dll? Any thoughts on how to make one with the info we have. Maybe the structure it might be or a way to bypass it. anything other than bitching at each other. Theres no reason to hate someone for not releasing something. If people work together maybe we can find a way to make it all work.

I understand no one has the file, but i was just thinking that there might be another way. Like when i built the zone and got it to work i then used the new world manager and old char and new gamelog with the new db and got this error
13:02:36 : WMS Socket cut - try reconnect 0 : reconnect fail
now if i use the old world manager and old char with new db, gamelog, and zone i don't get that error and it connects but if i use the old client it will not connect to the server from the char select screen ( world - zone) I do not know if it would connect with the newer client cause i don't know enough about php yet and havent made the token system. Breaking apart the exe and finding the info its looking for and sending it the info by building a new dll might work but not educated enough yet to figure that out yet.

Quite obviously everyone involved with the forums (to some extent), can be considered a "thief" or something to that extent (seeing as how none of us, to public knowledge, are the original developers of the files that a majority of us use). However, recently, over a decent span of time, I have seen quite a bit of file sharing between here and kdev. I think it's silly to fight over files of course, but those that have obtained/developed updated files reserve the right exclusively to keep them to themselves, or give them out as they see fit. I am in fact, appreciative that someone even decided to or wanted to release any of them, and I can't say whether or not I would have wanted to if I were in their shoes and had put as much effort into as they had.Quote:

well I discovered the file we are given has the same error and same original name as (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\VC\amd64\msdia80.dll) while the non amd64 version gives this error:

k seems only msdia80+.dll (x64) will will give 0xc000007b, ^ older will give you that error ^

The OS client use Token to login.
That is done by PHP. Except Dario, Kreain and Buster I don't really know any talented PHP Coders in the Fiesta dev scene, so good luck lol.
