See how the gunz reads the *.mef files from the source and create a packer, or if there's an open source *.mef un-packer I doubt it just reverse the method.
MEncrypt is the project that is used to generate (or de-encrypt as well) .mef files. You need the updated key from the ijji runnables, though, it can be found by looking at the string "./update" in the runnable or source.
Alternatively, I already have it compiled with options for a custom private/public key. If a lot of people are interested in that I can post it.
you sure MEncrypt to generate .mef? i use it but still can't run gunz.exe, same error :(

about my problem because .mef??? because error gunz.exe can't read locale.xml, but this file don't need generate to .mef.
