Finally i succeed to open all area at 1 machine
all u need
open SRO_VT_SHARD
delete every thing in dbo.Tab_RefNest
and copy that's txt
Uploading Now
Code:All Areas Open
All Unique Appear
All Unique in B1-B2-B3.....etc Appear
Forgotten World Work normal
and that's The Original Table Uploading Now

so 1 Machine can't Handle all maps so if u have like 1000 player in ur server trust me ur machine will Crash and Burn
so if u want to run all maps there's another way to do it by reducing the Mobs
can u tell us what u change to know :D

Tested the patch and the full shard db on mssql 2008 R2.
Game server crashed on both.

Did you change something else besides the one table? I can't try your database that would cause downtime for my server, but I am looking and don't see anything different. Everything worked perfect for me except forgotten world.

i actually changed them to 2 on my server. not sure how that might work!
Now i have only 6k monsters in the world. Thats a very low amount i know it. Maps enabled now: JG/DW/Alexandria/Pharaos tomb/all fortress war/jg cave/dw cave/const/samarkand/ca/am/ctf map. What i found while using this: if you open Roc Mountain with this RefNest Tab than mobs in Roc Mountain appear and dissappear, Forgot World getting problem around appearing mobs.
