i was thinking then, if someone gets an infraction and doesnt believe they deserved it, instead of Messaging a moderator who will not reply to the request, can post in a section and a senior moderator and above can investigate the infraction and can decide whether to reverse the infraction or let it stand as it is.
Requirements to help investigation:
infraction Message,
reason why you think it should be reversed (explain why you did that post)
anyway its just an idea.
Just PM an administrator claiming you've been wrongly accused and they may look into the situation?
When I hand out an infraction, I always let them know to contact a Supervisor or Super Moderator if they feel they were wrongly infracted.
Now that I'm a Supervisor, things are different and I can essentially deal with infraction appeals myself. I think it's hugely wrong of you to suggest that all moderators don't respond. 90% of the time, a Moderator's judgement is correct. It's in a moderator's best interest to be as professional as possible when dealing with infractions, so if they decide not to respond simply let a senior member of staff know.
