Could somebody make me a Banner

I didnt know where to put this so if this is in the wrong place could somebody please move it?

Im planning on advertising but i need a vertical banner

The dimensions must be 120x600
And i would like to have Lots of colors and Neon on the banner

The banner could say this if you want :
v99 Items
Player vs Player
Party vs Party
Guild vs Guild
Working Cash Shop
Fully Working Merchants
Aio Shop
Friendly Community
FM Spawns
Donor Island

You could also make a animated banner which would be even better!!!

(if you dont know how to make an animated banner ill do it for you just do this
Make the banner say BlurMS then save it as banner1.gif then reopen that and then add v99 Items then save as banner2.gif Ect.)
