World server crash

My world server just crash and didn't had any error.txt but I have this error... how to fix it? and what should I fix? sorry I can't understand this kind of error .

If you really struggle with it, try to look a tutorial of it. How did you get that error? (try to look how did you made it, if you made something wrong or not)
