hi im using 343's release as well, and i keep getting a error when i go to mount the server files could you possibly give me a hand ? it would be well appreciated

Its because the genesis interface has been downgraded from pwi
Therefore the file containing class icons includes the new classes too
As we do not have the new classes, the image is misread by he game, to fix it unpack interfaces.pck and find the class icon file (forgot what one) and edit out the new class icons
Im sure you will work it out

I could be wrong, but I'm sure the actual class icons are in surfaces, just can't remember exactly where.
well if i think better ima leave them there for now im still working on custom so the icons wont disturb me...huge tanks to 343 for hes release is perfect everything id working so good and is up to data with everything
Oh whoops, yeah its surfaces.pck, sorry for that, I wasnt really thinking properly :S
search, the solution to new class icons has been posted already. If i remember correctly someone wanted to use it for char select. It turned out to be not possible to use them there, but i posted how to fix them for the ingame char info and party menu
Switch back to the old pw my-en 1.3.1 interface... Best interface ever from PW.

Yeah I still have PW MY-EN 1.3.1 client. But you will need to upgrade some files inside the surfaces.pck for items icons and so on ...Quote:

p.s. look near adc west teleporter there is only 1/4 of the class icon
trying to figure out which file in the interface is used for that

when i am in a party with other ppl and look for them in the map their icon only shows 1/4 so i am looking for the file in the interfaces so that i fix the problem
if its only showing 1/4 of the image shrink it 75% :thumbup1:
unless there is a file in there to edit the size from lets say 20x20 to 40x40 and so on. not actual values just a point.
if not, try shrinking it.
i think it is a seperate content pane for every symbol, so it has its own file and the size must be changed for the main layer of that pane.
