Sql Error Need Help!!

im using uro client and following with this guide

im using 2 pc usser/server
when i start the sesion/login/field/agentserver/ its all success
but when i enter the game "character data failed to be process"
and the agent server there showing

i search on the ragezone here and they said need to excute a sql query.Therefore i followed this guide http://forum.ragezone.com/f528/share...-files-792524/
but i cannot execute the sql command and getting wrong
