Phone Surveys.. A scam?

A phone survey called me a few days ago, I really got tired of them so I really gave them a verbal warning that annoying me was not the right thing. I then proceed to hang up on them and go on with my day. Look what I found in my mail box today!

The letter said:

First of all if they were professional they wouldn't send a dollar.. What are your opinions on this? When I first saw this I really had a good laugh.

Yeah the phone survey shit annoys me too.. They ring me up to ask a "few" questions, then they ask if i have a bank/credit card and try to offer me a loan or get me signed up with charities.

I wouldn't reply back to those guys if i was you, just to be on the safe side.
