your channel is a non PK channel
2 channels doesn't mean that either one is PK based, they can be all non PK if the field.cfg and agent.cfg set it to non PK

ok, according to your cfg it's properly setup for working PK
then check your maplist.ini there's a flag to remove PK in a map make sure the map you're trying to PK on has PK allowed in maplist.ini

pk enable means ability to PK
free PK means no attribute penalty when doing force PK
then what words i should change sir jolin? for can Hostile and enable pk when pk has been started
try this PK MODE ON
free pk on 9999 is diff from above command
free pk is somewhat free to kill all characters no penalty
just try :D
in the maps list you will see something like [1,0,0,1,1,1,0,1,0]

0 means disable, 1 means enable.
