lines in the middle should separate more to show the reality of it becoming smaller and then larger from one end to the other, you know, because of viewpoint. but still, pretty damn good.

imo, adding house and flowers would just ruin it. And, instead of separating the lines to make it look more realistic, proper usage of gaussian blur will do just fine. It will add better depth, and help with the focal.
Don't think so, actually it will give it a better view, he can blur them a bit.
