No one would come and get you. If you were in a country which does not extradite people, they would wait for you to return, but if they could they would have you extradited back :P
As far as I know, I believe banks will ask you why you're taking out the money and I doubt they'll hand the cash all at once to give you chance to just run with it all.
Also, you'll need to put something up where if you can't pay back that money they'll take away from you. (A home, car etc...)
