Dude this is because you didn't Changed with an HeX Editor the XoRed IPs IDs and PWs. You have to do the same thing as with admin tool.
That SCMonitor can't connect to the database because he doesn't know what to read. You have to make a "path" by Hex editing SCMonitor and change with the ID PW and IP XoRed that the SQL Server is using.
