what is no-ip and how do i use it to make my own server?

I have a static IP so I heard i needed this to run my server so how do i use no-ip so i can connect to my server?:?::/:

You need to have no-ip when you have dynamic, not static ip, so it's no use for you.

im static but i use no-ip cuz i cant afford domains :D

but if u want u can use no-ip. ur call :D
