Disconnected from Server (CLient: 97d-99i)

I am a newbie in MU Dev. Please help me. :)

Note: There is no error on server files. I can start dataserver upto exdb successfully. The only problem is when I start the client/main.exe

Here ARE my questions:

I am using 97D-99I client and server files. To be exact, 0.97.04 is the version. Now, I did everything on the server part (editing the IPs and such) and everytime I will start the client it says "Disconnected from server". What could be the problem?

Another set of questions:

1. I am using the MS Loopback Adapter. I input the IP 180.x.x.x instead of 192.x.x.x.
Here is the exact config:

Subnet mask:255.0.0.0
Default gateway:180.x.x.x (same with the IP)

On the MS Loopback Adapter, I simply put the 180.x.x.x in Ethernet.

Will there be any problems with it?

2. In "Main Cracker.exe", do I have to input the serial and version and not just the IP only for it to work?

3. Where I can get clean "main.exe" which are not yet edited?

You need a launcher for this version,you can`t launch from main.exe directly...
I recommend Skyteam launcher builder.

For the main, u have to put your internet ip :), the one you would use to connect to online, and you dont need a clean main, just edit the one its given you

I did this but now the problem is that, there is no server box appearing. What now can be the problem? :?:

ClientExeSerial should be like that? If not, how to get the serial?

And the server box is not appearing. It's still blank. I changed the CS and everything but still no good. How to fix this?

put ur ip on ip

Can I put the WAN IP in place of the Global IP?

well wan ip is the global ip so its same thing :O



IP = 127.0.0.1

change to ur global ip
