I made designs by myself using PhotoShop and PIXget only. Since I do not want to have trouble copying the template exactly as the original one is I do it from the scatch...

I know web page archiving soft, but if I wanna to sell the stuff, I need to make it unique or don't use exactly the same elements as in original one. So no use of such soft for me...

Don't know what kind of sites you are looking for, that one's more creative/artsy (duh - it's a site based around art in general) than say 2Advanced, which has a more 'professional' look to it.
