Everyone and their mothers have suggested this, 1000+ talking at the same time on a shoutbox? That hardly sounds organized.
Yes it has, and the answer is no and always have been NO.
We have PM for a reason. Besides this is a massive forum if you did not notice, having a shotubox will use most of its resources.
