Rurouni Kenshin Live Action First Trailer

I don't know if you already knew this but if not, now you know.

Here is the first 41-second trailer for the upcoming Rurouni Kenshin live action film featuring Takeru Satoh (Kamen Rider Den-O) as Kenshin Himura, that will premier this August 25th, 2012.

Other stars included in the live action Rurouni Kenshin film are Emi Takei (Taira no Kiyomori, Aysuko Match!) as Kaoru Kamiya, Yuu Aoi (Hana and Alice, Honey and Clover) will play Megumi Takani, while Munetaka Aoki (The Last Message Umizaru, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time) will play Sanosuke Sagara, and Taketo Tanaka will take on the role of Yahiko Myōjin aka Yoshi.

In addition, Koji Kikkawa (Kamen Rider W) will play as Jine Udo, Yosuke Eguchi as Hajime Saitō, and Teruyuki Kagawa as Kanryū Takeda.


I'm really excited about this. Mainly 'cause I love Rurouni Kenshin. And, it isn't going to be made by Hollywood. But that doesn't mean that's going to be a master piece. I just hope they made a really good movie.

Oh my. This is rather interesting. Hopefully it's a good one. I'm actually watching Kenshin right now and I'm loving it even more than I loved while I was a child

zomg xD when is it going to be released ? looks really good, i got the whole set of samurai X anime and the manga, and i always thought that a live action would be great ;3
