I did it already.
I changed the joinserver, now it's ok. But now I get the error "Could not connect to sql".
Verify your settings, restart your computer (I have a joinserver that uses .net framework or visual c++ redistributable, maybe u have the same so try it)
No, it's okey, but joinserver can't connect to sql..

make sure you put your local ip in exe's shortcut(startup file).Also make sure you put the right params.
