I was wondering if someone here know how to make a hack ...

I just want to know:
1- what program to use to make a hack (dll file)?
2- what is the code to write (to make at least godmode)?
3- where to write this code?
4- how to publish the hack and make it active?
5- how to Inject it (or it injects normally with using an injector)?

*Please answer all the 5 questions... I really need this :( !
