1.02 Sea source fully working

Here's my sea source, based on aura 1.02.

Everything works! No removed crap like the one dude did and released.

Just edit db.properties, world.properties!
(you don't have to compile unless you want to add or edit stuff)

The client is also included so just open it in C# 2010 and change the IP and rebuild(or grab the one in bin/debug, it's 127.0.0.1 and play locally), then you're done!

Good job slay. But you're missing at least these two in recvops.

Cool! Bad thing is the damage cap is not remove thus having potential on it makes no different. Can't get past 199999

They're in there, and Carnival has a diff header. I'll post it later 2lazy to open recvops
