What are you trying to accomplish exactly?

If you want to learn, work on client and self teach.
If you want to work in a team with people, find something to work on and see whos interested.
If you want to teach other people, find threads where they need help and try to assist.

Spamming threads asking for people to talk to you however is just a strange way to go about any of these...
