Hey,
So, I was thinking of changing KOTH to a tourny.
Need around 6 or 8 participents. The winners of the first battles will battle each other and so forth until we reach a winner!
The winner will recieve a red or purple subscription.
Just wondering how you are all feeling about something like this. I personally feel that it will encorange participants to work harder to reach thier goal.
The whole tourny should be done within a month.
Feedback please :)
Well the first thing I saw was the 1month time. First it would take time to get participants, the tourny would take a month, which might make the people who never made it in not want to join, which might lessen the amount of participants for the further tournies.Also for the people who lose the first few rounds, they might not want to wait all the time again, like cmon 0.0 who would want to wait a month to go through the same process after being eliminated in the first few if not first round ( not saying everyone is a quitter, just saying lol)

If you dont wanna read all that, I think no :D. We should just do SOTW :S and have 15day sub prizes.
the prizes I have been authorised to give out are two Winner! subs and two red or purple subs. So really, I am trying to even out the prize giving out.
GOTF I may change to GOTW. Sorry, I just dont like signiture only comps, it just gets a little boring after a while, but I will definatly include signitures in.
Thanks for the feedback, that is really useful, and a good point. I guess I could change it for a bigger prize (if I ever manage to get a bigger prize).
This would be a good idea... But I'm not sure there are enough people that will be participating. And if someone doesn't enter his entry the person he was battling will just auto-win that round and it will be unfair. Then there are the people who will be asking for more time for the entries....
But if you could manage this on your own I would say yes.
Well auto wins are inevitable in anything really, but yes. I think what I may do is host two GOTW, and then the two winners from those GOTW's battle each other.

Not bad idea, but do a team tourney, like two teams battle eachother, the winner team receive same prize for each member, 2 months subscription?
Team is built of 4+ members.

When you undertook the role of being a moderator here at Ragezone. You were inclined to follow-up the members and support them as much as possible. Which obviously doesn't come off too nice in the latter post.
If a member has a hard time understanding something, considering ragezone isn't exactly the home of the smartest beings, doesn't mean you shouldn't help the concerned out, now does it?
