[Release Info] ISRO & KSRO Media data

i have bee looking at alot of releases and have been noticing that noone is marking there 12D or Jupiter update as ISRO type or KSRO type.

i have looked over and compared about 70% of the data in the Media.pk2's from both ISRO and KSRO and have found alot of info is differant.

1.there are alot of items/mobs from Ksro and Isro that do not have the same item/mob id #'s
2.map coords are not exactly the same between Ksro and Isro.
3.stats information on items and mobs are different and if mixed could cause errors.

i think that one of the reasons people are not getting the same results as others with updates to there servers is do to the above mentioned facts.

to make things easyer for everyone it might be best to post in releases whether you updates utilize ksro media data or isro media data that way if people have a problem you will have a better idea as to why.

Good idea. But this will make the players squeal when they have to download more so they can play at your server lol

yea but this will help out alot of the people releasing updates here cuz it will be easyer for them if they can say "well my updates are ksro so if you have any isro patches that may be your problem".

i myself have been doing ksro only because ksro has more then isro and updates are release for ksro months befor isro.most of the jupiter fix's i have tried on these forum will not work at all with my setup and every database release on these forums will not work at all with my client since it is full ksro item and mob id #'s.

I just need someone dedicated to start the project of rebuilding the files to be KSRO and i will help make it happen.

But the problem is, 99% of the people here, come here to ask stupid questions and not actually do anything useful! they never even come back to say thanks.
