.net mysql connector dont work with 64bit windows i cant compile now(later i will take a image about tool)
and you must have vps or 7/24 online pc for this tool

Some tips from me;
Register stats to db regularly.And get stats from DB.It will fix slow load problem.
Make your program can find locale and version regularly by try automatically.

I added refresh otomaticaly.
i will try that duck server, believe me or not, all the times i went to topsites to search a working server to play with a friend all i got was fake servers... i hope this list gives me at least 1 working one
