Call to undefined function... Register page error

Hello everyone! I trying to get my register page up, for my players to play my server. But I getting an error. as you can see the title " Call to undefined function "
Well, look on the screen and you will see the error, much better!!

PS: Someone told me to remove ";" or ":" Where to remove it? May that be the problem?

Don't use Wamp, use Xampp.

Or download an older version of wamp.

Okey thanks! I just want to say, When I'm using Xampp how to go to localhost? Because, it doesn't have a button or how to say, that calls "localhost" like on wamp.

And btw, I getting this error now:

Just like the previous time, you need to use an older version of xampp, because the php version of the newest does not support mssql. When you use an older version you also need to uncomment the mssql extension in php.ini
