Its got some good shading on the leafs and I can see a small amount of shading inside the egg. Maybe the frog could be zoomed out a bit? Just what I think would look better but nice job. And maybe instead of doing eggs maybe try something else different?

9/10 could be a 10 or a 9.5 if you could zoom out the frog a lil bit?
