used to get it too. you are probably using the latest version of vbox.
try downloading 3.14 or something like that. 4+ is nasty.
Even better, get VMware. VMware is FAR superior!
Bether use 343 release
You have to have an operating system on there if you don't already. Also , It looks like the hard drive is corrupted . Download a VPS operating system at Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2
to fix that use power iso or daemon..mount it to like C , D, it depends on ur comp and ul be able to mount
