[Release] Outspark Rest API from Dusk + Character DB

Stop asking me for more files. I'm not posting anything else other than this.

Not sure if this helps anyone, seemed like the only thing worth releasing.

Decided to post this after receiving some pretty negative comments. No idea if this was posted before or is easily obtainable, I'm not really in to the fiesta dev scene.

As far as I know this is the REST source Outspark uses.

I hate people that betray others trust.
As much as i would like to mess around with those updated files this guy is a retard for leaking something from someone that trusted him. This is why i hate the fiesta dev community, just a bunch of back stabbing retards
