Gold crown on the player

I'd like to know how to put that crown of gold on a player.

i think its the lowest level of "quit-rate"

So just leave the quit-rate 0?

i think, not sure, that the wings are visible at a certain % after X number of games or a certain level.

i think i saw something about it on DB, i just don't remember.
It's VIP System.

I once activate this crown but I also don't remember how. that was in december 2010. I was in account settings and vip in the db...
and wings are visible after 100 games and with less than 3% quit rate
