[Request]Vote for Silks script

Hi everyone , I know out there are a lot of good PHP coders and I wanna ask you all for a Vote for Silks script.

or instead of that use php_curl() and track entire vote process, then add silks after the person has voted, also add an check by ip so that people couln't do vote thousands times from same pc/ip.

Unless you make it so X user can only get X amount of votes within X amount of time.
