SQL Restore error

Hey,

I'm trying to restore the Database EoCRM but it doesn't want to, it gives me the error:
Operating system error, Acces denied error 5.

But the weird thing is the other databases to restore except ranking that also doesn't work, any idea? I used the solutions from forums etc I googled for about 40minutes but no result yet.

Could anybody help me or tv me?
