What bonuses in stone work 100%?

What bonuses in stone work 100%?

Soulstone? if so I believe all stats work for them, I have had a lot of things in including special stats and they have worked so.

Actually, wrong. If you try like -0.20 stats on soulstone and extra high -ct it doesn't work my recomendation Nikitaa is if you never saw it on armor as a stat it doesn't work.

Can you give workers ID bonuses in soulstones?
