Server port problem

Hey guys,

maybe sum1 can gimme a point into the right direction.

Im using the old files we got when this whole section was just a thread in the mmorpg-extra section. I ( once again ) got them to work and im pretty sure they are configured aas they were when i closed mah old testserver.
But now i have the problem that the ports are not reachable from the outside ( using hamachi because its the easiest for a virtual server ). All services are running fine so i wonder why they dont use the ports configured. Any ideas what i can do ?

Server OS is 2008 R2 Enterprise / database is 2008 Datacenter edition. ( both activated, no pirated copy so i guess this is not the problem )

The ports are open if i run a portscan on the server itself.
