.bsr files and model textures
Anyone have any idea of how these work? For example with the gold/pink pig there is only one .bms file that both the .ddj textures for each pig share. There are .bmt files for each pig (p_goldpig.bmt and p_goldpigclon.bmt) however only one p_goldpig.bsr (This file references to the .bmt files, .eft and .ban files -- all .efp and ban are referenced as 'goldpig' since they are the animations and particle effects used by both pets, however there is a reference to both .bmt files)
I'm assuming the .bsr and .bms are shared by both pigs, but where is the connection between the p_goldpigclon.ddj file and the p_goldpig_part1.bms and p_goldpig_part1.bms
When I try to open p_goldpig_part1.bms in 3D Model Converter it asks for p_goldpig.ddj but not p_goldpigcon.ddj - the game still has to use this texture for the pink pig.
Any way I can tell the .bms files to look for xx.ddj instead of p_goldpig.ddj ?
Edit: So I see that in the .pk2 files the chardata_#.txt files link to the .bsr file which the .bsr file links to the .bmt files, which .bmt files link to the .ddj files, any way I can edit the .bsr and not fuck it up?
I guess I just have to add the line prim/mtrl/cos/newbmtfile.bmt but where?
You can see them in here:

I already added a new .bmt file in there, however not sure if placed it in the right spot, enough 00s in between, etc.
Re: .bsr files and model textures
probably these model files are some default .obj or .max file with useless 20 bytes added like they did with DDJ files to take ownership
Inside Joymax - YouTube , you can see thier 3D eitor at begining
