You need to first figure out if your ip is static or dynamic. If its dynamic then you need to use a service like no-ip or something to always make sure traffic is always pointing to your ip.
go buy a Dedacated server.
yeah , i already have a Static ip
but , i don't know what sould i do to make my server without Hamachi?!
