Changing pointer graphics

Can someone tell me where i can find files to change this pointer :

I was extracting all the PCKs and viewing all DDSs some months ago. But I can't remember where did I found it. You can try extracting everything and searching it yourself :)

That reminds me of this one comic about that... Old forum posts from years gone by of the exact problem you are having ending with "I fixed it" or something along those lines... If only I can find said comic.
