I wanted to change the 100% super moving scrolls speed , i found its number ar the PK2: 27770 , but where can i find it in the db ?

The PK2 has been loaded successfully.
The file "C:\Users\MMM\Desktop\MMM\vSro pk2 tools - RageZone\Tools\Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\skilldata_10000.txt" was successfully imported into the PK2 under the entry "server_dep\silkroad\textdata\skilldata_10000.txt".

And nothing happen :(
