Fix Item Mall [FORGOTTEN ]

I have these two items in my item mall where both do not work anyone know how to make them work.

These items to be used eliminates the waiting time to go back to the event.

If its able to bind a StoredProcedur to an item its easy to make the items working

But idk how to link the stored procedur to item ....
