No problem is clear and obvious problem with billing settings. dedicated ram, 12 gb, what else can be the reason you think the ram did not originate..

1) If you are running windows vista, update your service pack -> update your runtime c++

2) If you are using windows 7, get runtime 2000, 20005, 2010 C++

3) use a windows server 2008 rc2... >.> why the hell are you even running this on your home computer?
