Cant add Skills ?

Hello,
i have a short problem ....
I have added a new Row to an Mastery with a new skill
but if i try to add the skillt nothing happend except that i lose SP and after that i can use the skill to but there iss still the "add" button and i cant lvlup them to 2 :/

Somone know how to fixx that ?

Which files i have to edit to add an new Row at masterys ?

i dont think anyone understands what you are trying to do...

you need to give more information, Files used, whats the problem.. be clear...

so:
I use VSRO Server Files :)
My Problem iss
I have added the new Silkroad R skills
In Silkroad R Force have 4 New Lines with the new Skills
Now have done this too
But if i add one of the new skills i wont be added and there iss still the "add" button under the Skill
And i try to use the Skill it works fine
