[vsro 1.193] (New Files) Start error

Hello guys!
Any1 can help me why i can't start the sro without loader?
With loader everyting is ok..
but without this sh!t happens:

the launcher doesn't start on server pc



... use loader

so only this is the problem? another ppls can play without loader?

start the server in 1 machine and the client from other machine... will work with lauch or just use loader.
