hell week started...anyone else got it?

today it was just testing and shit.

the times were so off though...

my friend that runs a 5.0 40yard, ran a 5.8 and he was running speed.

and some how my shuttle took .3 seconds longer then it should have i usually run a 4.8 but ran a 5.1 -_-.

but i passed my test for distance running, it wasn't too hard,

1 1/2 mile in under 12 minutes.

i got it in 11 minutes, 20 seconds.

but i ran my mile in 7 minutes, 30 seconds, i think i must have slowed down lol.

anyways post up what sport you play and if you have "hellweek"

we dont really have a hell week here at the gym

we have animal days where we kit up and get into some full on fighting but nothing thats really measurable

i pass out after mile running :p smoke too much :(

I play footie and we norm go to Gullan Beach and run up 'murder hill' a big massive sand dune lol

ive jogged a long road (over a mile) in about 15 mins on my way bak from skiin but i dont really do long distance running too good lol

for some reason im good at long distance running...

much better at it then my sprinting.

i can run like 5 miles :D

i have grown up with my mum n dad smokin constantly around me, plus im a lazy bastard and my legs really hurt when i run :P so 1 mile would take me about 4 days with pit stops and rests ever minute :P otherwise by the end of it i wouldnt be able to breathe :P i did 800 metres and by the end i couldnt breathe and i just collapsed onto the floor :P i love being a lazy bastard :P

I hate it, I'm astmatic(sp) too, so any running is too much for me. Only time where I can sprint fast for quite a long length is when ive got a massive adrenilne (sp) rush ;P

sorry for spellin i'm so tired.

why dont u start some form of exercise?

i had really bad asthma as a kid and now ud never know i ever had it

lol i can sprint a full 800 meters in like 2:24

that is my max in sprinting i have ever done, it was a wrestling test.

but tomorrow is real hellweek, lots of running :(

it pisses me off

i can run long distance quite easy but the thought of running annoys me lol

I can run short distances quite fast, but I get tired quite fast in longer ones. I really need to exercise more :)

Damn I Run 6 Minute Miles And I Thought That Was Average. Never Run Over 4 Miles Though.

lolz i ran a mile in 6:45 min ^_^ last year, but now skool just began.

i did a mile in 7 minutes for year 8 *thinks* i was 13 then

i hate running more now than i did back then

I love sport days. Especially our bay run. Its 8km long the run and I ran it in 28 minutes or 29 minutes. Sport is the best because it is fun and good for your health. Also its good to compete against friends for fun and to try to improve your self.....

I had it really bad as a kid, but now I am slowly growing out of it :smilie3:

If anything, that is nothing. When I was in football we did conditioning from 5p.m. to 8p.m., and practive started at 2p.m.. That was not hell week though, that was an average practice that was assumed every day after school. As for hell week, it was a three-a-day practice that was more in endurance. Atleast twenty miles was ran, and over one thousand pushups. I should call my brother up for the full details, this is something he would remember better than me.
