After you open tabe with edit top 200 rows click on top left icon for Show SQL Pane and after that delete TOP (200) and click on top left this ---> ! ( execute SQL ) and after you will see all and not just 200 :)
Go > Tools > Options > SQL Server Object Explorer > and change all for value: 0
